Rex Chou: The Man Behind The Ghost. He's like the Wizard of Oz if the Wizard of Oz was legit. I'm not going to lie: I'm nervous when Ghost Democracy founder Rex Chou appears on my screen for our Zoom conversation.  He seems relaxed, but his demeanor is hard to read. It's nothing he's done, and entirely my nerves and slight intimidation. But I'll cut to the chase: Chou is one of the funniest, wittiest, best "brain dumpers" I've met.
